Family and fun are ingrained into our culture at Associated. Despite our large team of almost 200 employees across all departments, our collaborative environment allows us to connect frequently and build strong relationships with each other, making everyone feel like family.
Our President: Shaun Ashworth
After working his way through the ranks, Shaun took over from his dad and Associated founder, Rusty Ashworth, as President of Associated Labels and Packaging in 2012. With his focus on growth in all areas – employees, equipment, product research & development – Associated has made some serious strides: being able to branch out into digital printing, expand our flexible packaging capabilities, and become IFS PACsecure-certified to name a few. Shaun brought the company into a new era with his charismatic leadership style and abundance of positive energy!
Social Committee
Our social committee is made up of employees across all departments, from sales and customer service to the art department and operations. The goal of this committee is to plan fun and engaging events for all employees, such as snowshoeing, hiking, bowling and picnics. The committee also spearheads many of Associated’s community initiatives every year. In addition to our partnership with One Girl Can and various local sports teams like the Lacrosse All-Stars, the committee organizes an annual food drive for SHARE Family & Community Services. Since 2011, we’ve rallied together to collect as much food or donations as possible from our team: our current record is 10,500lbs of food!
